1. Role & Responsibility of ElleWerks

ElleWerks operates solely as a facilitator for group‑buy opportunities. ElleWerks does not manufacture or produce any products. All items are sourced directly from third‑party vendors.

ElleWerks' responsibilities include:

• Coordinating group‑buy orders
• Communicating with vendors
• Relaying information between customers and vendors
• Assisting with issue escalation when possible

ElleWerks is not responsible for vendor errors, product quality, fulfillment delays, or any outcomes once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

2. Research‑Only Products & Legal Compliance

All products offered through ElleWerks group buys are intended strictly for laboratory, analytical, or research purposes only. Products are not:

• For human consumption
• For animal consumption
• Medications or therapeutic agents
• Dietary supplements
• Intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease

None of the statements or products provided through ElleWerks have been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• You understand the research‑only nature of these materials
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You assume full responsibility for handling, storage, and use
• ElleWerks does not endorse or claim any human use for any product

3. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to participate in any ElleWerks group buy.

4. Order Finalization, Fulfillment & Refund Policy

4.1 Order Finalization

Once payment is submitted, your order is considered final. Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded after payment is received.

4.2 Vendor Fulfillment

Group‑buy items are sourced from international vendors. You acknowledge that:

• Fulfillment may take several weeks or longer
• No delivery timeframe is guaranteed
• Customs, vendor availability, and global shipping conditions may affect timelines

Once funds are sent to the vendor, ElleWerks is fully absolved of responsibility for fulfillment.

4.3 Vendor Guarantees

Any guarantees offered by vendors (purity, mass, customs, reship, etc.) are vendor promises, not ElleWerks guarantees. Reshipments or refunds from vendors are not guaranteed.

5. Shipping, Risk & Liability

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, ElleWerks and the GBO are no longer responsible for the package. Carrier‑related issues such as loss, damage, delay, theft, or misdelivery must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.

For orders over $100, additional shipping insurance is strongly recommended.

6. Privacy, Confidentiality & Sharing Restrictions

The following may not be shared on public social media platforms (including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, etc.):

• ElleWerkshop.com
• ElleWerks images
• ElleWerks pricing
• ElleWerks Telegram or Discord content
• Any purchase information related to ElleWerks

Sharing is permitted only within Telegram and Discord. Violations may result in removal from future group buys.

7. Assumption of Risk

By purchasing through ElleWerks, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You understand the research‑only nature of the products
• You assume all risks associated with handling, storage, and use
• You accept full responsibility for compliance with all laws and regulations
• ElleWerks is not liable for any outcomes related to product use or misuse

Participation in a group buy constitutes full acceptance of these risks.

8. Partial Fulfillment, Vendor Delays & Shipping Protocol

8.1 Partial Fulfillment

Vendors may ship items in multiple batches or partial quantities. ElleWerks will make reasonable efforts to hold all products until the full order is received. However, if doing so would cause significant delays, ElleWerks may ship available items immediately.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• Partial shipments may occur
• Items may be shipped as they arrive
• Remaining items may arrive later or may not arrive at all
• Shipping decisions are made to balance fairness and timeliness

8.2 Vendor Non‑Fulfillment or Ghosting

If a vendor fails to complete an order, stops responding, or provides only partial fulfillment:

• ElleWerks is not responsible for vendor non‑performance
• ElleWerks cannot guarantee reshipments, refunds, or replacements
• All risk associated with vendor failure lies solely with the buyer

8.3 Shipping Decisions

ElleWerks may choose to ship items as they arrive, hold items until additional stock arrives, or split shipments. Once any portion of an order is shipped, that portion is considered fulfilled and no refunds or cancellations will be issued.

8.4 No Liability for Supply Chain Issues

You acknowledge that group buys inherently involve international sourcing, variable vendor reliability, customs risks, and unpredictable fulfillment timelines. ElleWerks is not liable for vendor ghosting, partial shipments, delays, or refusal to honor guarantees.

9. Agreement to Terms

By completing a purchase, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions listed above. Your participation in any ElleWerks group buy constitutes full and binding acceptance of these policies.
